Corporate Capacity refers to the companies' ability to do acts of legal effect. Their capacity is conferred by s 124 of the Corporations Act
The effect of any internal limitations on powers are to restrict those who agree to the restrictions in the company's constitution and also the company and any person who becomes a member of officer of the company at a later time s125 of the Corporations Act.
