Note: Broker's Agency Confirmation 1) Listing broker is the exclusive agent of the seller; 2) Selling broker is the exclusive agent of the seller. Note: This is a double-ended transaction. In this type of transaction, the listing broker is also classified as the selling broker, thus, receiving the ENTIRE fee outright.
