Drill holes using relevant plywood template

Clean holes to allow engineer to survey

HOLD: Engineer to survey holes

If level okay, scabble substrate

If level too high, plane then scabble substrate

Install formwork box

HOLD: Engineer to check substrate levels

HOLD: Engineer to check substrate levels

HOLD: Engineer to check anchor design

If anchor design not okay stop work

HOLD: Check weather forecast

If too windy to lift stop works

Clean substrate surface and all holes

HOLD: Engineer/NNB to inspect substrate

If not okay, perform remedials

Engineer to level shims

Lift support onto shims

Dry place anchors

HOLD: Engineer to check anchor depths

If not okay, engineer to advise remedials

HOLD: Engineer to check support position

If not okay, adjust position

Check if holes contain ponded water

Resin in anchor bolts. Tighten nuts after period advised.

HOLD: Engineer to confirm date of grouting / book lab technician

HOLD: Engineer to advise whether curing tent required

Fixers to erect curing tent

If so, hoover

Grout supports

Deploy thermal blankets if required

Cure grout

Cut off anchor tops
