    1. Forms of church government varied.
      1. As more problems surfaced in the Pentecostal movement, more organization were formed to provide accountability, cooperation, doctrinal standards and fellowship.
        Still a large number of pentecostals refused to join any organizatiaon for fear human rules would quench the leading and freedom of the Spirit
        Radical Evangelicals provided direction:)
