1. 1. Analysis - What are we going to test?

   • List of things to test = test conditions

2. 2. Design - How are we going to test?

   • Test Cases, Data, Anything in the environment we need for testing?

3. Implementation & execution

   • Build
     • Test steps, data set up, env set up

4. Execution

   • Run results, defect reports

5. Evaluating exit criteria and reporting

   • Comparing the last run results - Information, how we're doing, do we need to run more tests?

6. Reporting

   • To stakeholders

7. Test closure activities

   • Reporting, lessons learnt, outstanding defect report, testware itself - cases, system needs to be archived for future releases, HOTS
