2. Ensure operator completes details or arcing in the TASER register

3. Ensure operator uploads indicent to Evidence.Com via evidence sync including the TOR and event data

4. Determine if TASER use in accordance with instructions

5. Advise district TASER coordinator outlining circumstances by email prior to end of shift
