• Severe amblyopia 6 hours patching same as full time patching Moderate amblyopia 2 hrs patching same as 6 hours patching patching same as atropine atropine daily same as atropine weekend Older children before teenager years, try optical correction, patching and atropine disregard whether has been tried before. from teenager years optic correction, others tx only useful if not has been tried.
