Formal Letter Structure Details
1. Your adress: Top right corner
2. The receiver's address: On the left of the page, a level below your address
3. Formal greeting: Dear Sir/Madam, Dear Mr/Mrs Jones,
4. 4 paragraphs as a total
  1. 1st: why are you writing
  2. 2nd & 3rd: List of points (arguments)
    Nota:
    - Linking words/phrases to add an idea a) moreover, b) Furthermore, c) What is more, d) One more reason why... e) It is undeniable that (=nobody can deny the importance of
    1. 4th: Conclusion:
      1. hope that your opinion will be taken into account (considered)
      2. politeness is the key for the conclusion
      3. you mention that you look forward to hearing from the person you wrote to.
5. Date, right below your address: e.g. 26/10/2013
6. Closing greeting: Yours sincerely (if you know the receiver) / Yours faithfully
