1. Numbers

   • Advantages
     • you can do calculations on the computer
     • Manage customs
     • the computer uses binary so its faster
   • Disadvantages
     • people may not understand binery
     • Can get complecated

2. Images

   • Advantages
     • images on the computer are very accurate
     • there are lots of images available
   • Disadvantages
     • hard to create yourself
     • hard to find specific images

3. Text

   • Data made up of words or symbols
   • Advantages
     • You are able to use spell check
     • Grammar check
     • Usually faster than writing
   • Disadvantages
     • there is often human error
     • sometimes the words will be changed to the American spelling

4. Sound

   • Advantages
     • podcasts
     • music
   • Disadvantages
     • not always good quailty
     • not available to everyone

5. Boolean Values

   • Advantages
     • quick
     • straight to the point
   • Disadvantages
     • not detailed
