1. INTENDED USE:

   • Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Reagente Strips for Urinalysis include test pads for protein, blood, leukocyte,nitrite,glucose,ketone,ph, specific gravity , bilirubin an urobulinogen.
     • The strips also measure physical characteristic ,including,acid-base balance and urine concentration.Test results can be used along with other diagnostic information to rule out certain disease state and to determine if microscopic analysis is needed.

2. SPECIMEN COLLECTION AND PREPARATION

   • Collect freshlyvoided should allow for complete dipping of all reagen strip areas.Afirst-morning specimen is preferred but random collection are acceptable. Test the urine within two hours after voiding.

3. PROCEDURE

   • 1.- Collect a fresh urene specimen in a clean , dry container.2.- Mix well just before testing. 3.- Check he experation dateon he Reagent Strip botte . 4.- Remove a strip form the bottle and replace the cap.
