Take not of the illustaration to text ratio and the general layout of the material. See how relevant the figures and tables are and will t be sufficeint to start by loking a th figures andt he then later running through the text. The science behind this is that this activeiy gives your brain the  shot at th big picture of the book to be read. IT elimitate the otherwise anxiety one that normally  be felt for he such a task If you have many books to read browse all the books at once.
      • Apportion
        • KEY TO Happiness and balance. REmoves stress and pressure, as the days are rated based on the portion for the day and not the entire colleciton of books to the read. Hence upon completeion of the portion for the day, you can allow yourself some leisure and play without feeling guilt or overwhelmed by the unfinished content of the the overall material. This is especially so as you have an assurance that if you folow your plan and do each days portion you will eventually finish the entire material and be ready. This help to improve focus and remove anxiety. Set a time and the meausre of the book that will be read per session. You can use a simple division rule here adn allow a few cusions, for illness or other emergencies typically an additional week should be factoed into your planning. For ecample 40pages per session. For a session of 45mins with mapping break of 15mins at the end of the session and a reveiw of 5 minutes at the start. Ensure your have enough pages in a session to complete the material within the available time. Using speed reading techniques..
      • PreMap
        • For just 5mins, Do a mind map of everythhing you know about the subect starting fromt he main point and radially growing out. Assuming you do not know everything about the subject, this sets your brain in a hunger mode to filling the empty blanks in your premap, bullding focus and an internel motivation to extract the needed content from the book to fillout the blanks. The science in this is that hte brain like to fillout the blanks and will automaticallz be primed to search out the correct informaiton or understananding to help you fillout the blank is your premap.
      • Seed
        • Dirctly follow your premap with a seedin session ehre you ask questions about what you expectations are and what your goals are with regards to the material. You may combine this with the study objective of the book or the course in general. and lay this out in a seed mind map that will form the basis of your study and roots of your mind map for the entire study. This map do not have to be exhaustive you can add more expectations to the map as you study.

    • Application
      • Overview
        • Here you actually pick up the first book and the other books and scan thru them specifically noting - figures and the tables, charts,, graphs, results, footnotes  - the  table of content, the summaries, and the conclusions, subheading, worlds in italics, indents, glossaries , captitalizeed words, footnotes, statistics back cover or endnotes as well as photos. Pick certain of the above to comprehensively study, and physically trace graphs and charts, with both your eyes and fingers with a pencil or stick, mentally decribe picture and figures to yourself
      • Preview
        • Now skim through the main text for a book. discover the core elements. As you read, direct concentration to the begining and the end of sections, chapters, paragraphs as they contain the most information Be selective of what you read and do not attempt to read the whole text in sequence. The order also does not matter here.
      • Inview
        • Filling areas that are still left kipping over diffucult to undersand sections. You can compeback to them later, typically now that you havemore informaiton and a broader picure of the material, your brain had subcociously tried to resolve the difficulties in your mind and the once hard sections will be become easier to understand. Enabling the approach from bothe sides on the the fhard sections. IT is mporatant not to waste time on difficulat section, just move ofve them and maerk them for attack later. The science is that  in technical writting th autor usually intuite away a main section and then provides justifications in the subsewquent pages. The difficulty in bound to happen for this section and is not worth the extra time spent fluondering over it move on you willget it later along the text of the book
      • REview
        • If you consider that there is still some areas left to be conquered or not totally understood. Or if further informatin is requred to complete the st goals or answer the questions. consider sections marked as noteworthy during the preview and the inview. After integrating thenotes, continue to revie using the longterm memry techniques: Immediately review your mind map and notes, again after 30mins again after 24hours again after 1 week again again after 2-3 weeks again after 2 - months
      • NOTE Taking
        • Note taking: 1. Directly in the text 2. Growing your initial mindmap and intergrating the notes into themind map, this can be done directly into the mind map as you study or at the end when you  take the mapping break. underline text, write personal thoughts, and critical comments, ? for area that need fourther redsearch, ! for outstanding areas. Straight line for noteowthy sections and wiggly for diffcult  areas.
        • reward
          • Reward yourself when you complete thenote inegrationt o the map, and make a collapese map that acts as a master mind map for  your future review.

In which Each book is divided into caterogies that are grouped together. a. The establishment of the seed from the educational objective by directly building a mind map with one word branches and an central foto. By doing this for each of the eight main topics, whcile reading the few pages that will help establish an ovverview of the theoretical landscape for hte entire course and present opportunity of inline inviewing. b. Repeat for Organisational sturcture and views mapping views and organisational structure fo each of the 8 main topics. This mind map can be inside a mind map for each main topic. Hence each main topic has objectives as child + one bud for the organisational structure and views (chech to see if this views and structure are already structued to the objectives, in which case it will go into the objective. c. Finally, Tackle each Business process case in sequence solving the respective case studies and practicing in a knock off fashion. This is the bulk of the work and should be done with plenty of focus. Relate the business processes directly to the organisational level and view on the tree as you build them.  The order of the business process is important and a detailed picture that shows this centrally should be cliped to the organisational sturcuter from b. After the Organisational structure is completed attempt the mock exam, then do the business process run this may be helpful with knowing the relevance of the business processes, you may skip the process questions but read them and consider the options provided however do not anwser them.
