   • The software has to be compatible with the device you have, you may need a new one if your PC is old.
   • You need to look at what SAAS, PAAS and IAAS they provide.

2. Before moving forward with cloud computing you need to look at your business continuity and disaster recovery plan , specify the business impact analysis to see if its up to date. Evaluate to see if business functions are lined up appropriately with systems and applications. Select the appropriate recovery time from businesses to clients.

3. Make sure the cloud providers meet your organisations/your requirements because you would want data backup and recovery. You should also re search how the provider handles data migration.

4. Research what the cloud provider is responsible for, because its your data you are storing on their cloud. Read the service level agreements, everything is on the SLA adn you need that to match the business requirements.

   • The company needs to be aware of security and some cloud providers offer security but some do not. if you have a cloud provider that doesn't provide security you need to research a good security plan to cover any confidential data.

6. Know how the cloud environment is maintained.
