1. CLoud computing

   • Cloud computing is the on demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power, without direct active management by the user. The term is generally used to describe data centers available to many users over the Internet. Large clouds, predominant today, often have functions distributed over multiple locations from central servers. If the connection to the user is relatively close, it may be designated an edge server.
   • Advantages
     • there is less operational issues
     • it saves you money
     • reduces your carbon footprint
   • disadvantages
     • there could be downtime
     • you could get hacked
     • you could lose your files

2. File management

   • When you save files you need to make sure that your file has a descriptive name and is saved with relevant sub folders

3. Password security

   • Passwords need a mixture of letters capital and lower case, number and symbols
