     • Regimen solidario de prima con prestacion definida
     • Regimen de ahorro individual con solidaridad
     • Asegurar a la poblacion el cubrimiento de los riesgos o contingencias derivadas de la vejez , invalidez y la muerte
     • A RAIZ DE ESTO NACEN LAS SOCIEDADES ADMINISTRDORAS DE FONDO DE PENSIONES
       • ADMISNITRANDO LOS RECURSOS DESTINADOS A PAGAR PENSIONES DE LOS AFILIADOS QUE ESCOJAN PENSIONARSE DE ACUERDO A LAS CONDICIONES DICHOS FONDOS Y LA LEY
   • SISYTEMA GENERAL DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL EN SALUD
     • Regula el servicio publico escencial de salud y crea condiciones de acceso a toda la poblacion al servicio en todos los niveles de atencion en salud
       • REGIMEN CONTRIBUTIVO
         • SERVIDORES PUBLICOS, PENSIONADOS E INDEPENDIENTES
       • REGIMEN SUBSIDIADO
         • PERSONAS SIN CAPACIDAD DE PAGO , SISBEN 1 Y SISBEN 2
       • ES OPERADO POR LAS ENTIDADES PROMOTORAS DE SALUD (EPS) Y LA PRESTACION DE SERVICIO ESTA ACARGO DE LAS INSTITUCIONES PRESTADORAS DE SALUD (IPS)
   • REGIMEN DE RIESGOS PROFESIONALES
     • MODIFICADA POR LA LEY 1562 DEL 2012
       • se encarga de ampliar y modernizar el sistema de riesgo laborales y le brinda a todas las personas, con diferentes tipos de contrato y afiliación, el programa de prevención y promoción a los afiliados al sistema de riesgos laborales
     • REGULAR LA ATENCION DE EVENTOS DERIVADOS DE LOS RIESGOS OCUPACIONALES DE FORMA INDEPENDIENTE EN LO FINANCIERO AL SISTEMA QUE CUBRE LOS EVENTOS POR ENFERMERDAD GENARAL
       • ADMINISTRADORES DE RIESGOS PROFESIONALES (ARL)

   • SOLIDARIDAD: Garantia para poblacion pobre y vulnerable
   • INTEGRALIDAD:Cobertura en lo relacionado con la salud
   • UNIDAD: Integracion de politicas institucionales, regimenes, procedimientos y prestaciones
   • PARTICIPACION:Intervencion de las personas en organizacion ,control , gestion y focalizacion

3. LEY PIONERA EN COLOMBIA (57 DE 1915) Con los años se ha reformado , ultima reforma ( ley 100 del 23 de diciembre de 1993

   • Reune de manera coordenada un conjunto de entidades , normas y procedimientos con el fin de garantizar una calidad de vida digna a la poblacion colombiana
