1. Gr. 7

   • Who Am I?
     • In your Journal write down 2 of your strength and weaknesses
   • What Are My Opportunities
     • Find 2 Jobs that relate to your favourite school subject:
   • What Is My Plan?
     • Add 1 short term goal and 1 long term goal for the school year
   • Who Do i Want to Become?
     • Write in your IPP Journal as to why you chose those two careers, and why they interest you

2. Gr. 8

   • Who Am I?
     • Write down one of your favourite hobbies and interests in your journal
   • What Is My Plan?
     • Create a high school course plan for entering high school
   • Who Do I Want to Become?
     • Compare your new career ideas to last years. Are there differences/similarities?
   • What Are My Opportunities?
     • Find two more career opportunities that interest you

3. Gr. 9

   • Who Am I?
     • Enter any hours that have been completed towards Volunteering
     • Write down one extra curricular activity you want to participate in
   • What Is My Plan?
     • Review course plans for grades 10 - 12
   • Who Do I Want to Become?
     • Review & Revise Long Terms Goals
   • What Are My Opportunities?
     • Explore Post - Secondary Options. University/College/Aprenticeship
     • Record at least one post secondary school of interest

4. Gr. 10

   • Who Am I?
     • Enter Volunteer Hours
     • Enter a minimum of 2 hobbies/interests 2 extracurricular activities and 2 skills you have learned
   • What Is My Plan?
     • Create a reflection in your journal on the challenges of gaining entry into a career of interest
   • Who Do I Want to Become?
     • Why are the career choices you have selected a good fit?
     • Review and Revise short term and long term goals
   • What Are My Opportunities?
     • Select a preferred career pathway
     • Record a minimum of two schools you are interested in and one apprenticeship

5. Gr. 11

   • Who Am I?
     • Enter the hobbies or extra curricular activities you've been involved in. Are there anymore you want to join?
   • What Is My Plan?
   • Who Do I Want to Become?
     • Write a reflection on favourite careers, schools, or apprenticeship options
     • Review and Revise short and long term goals
   • What Are My Opportunities?
     • Continue to explore post-secondary education
     • Record a minimum of 3 schools of interest, 3 programs of interest, and one apprenticeship
     • Explore part-time workplace destinations

6. Gr. 12

   • Who Am I?
     • Enter Volunteer Hours and add them up. ensure you have enough to graduate
     • What have been your favourite hobbies in high school. What skills have you learned?
   • What Is My Plan?
     • Create a reflection in your journal on a pose-secondary financial plan
   • Who Do I Want to Become?
     • Select your preferred career and education destination
     • What are some challenges in achieving these goals
   • What Are My Opportunities?
     • Review saved careers, schools and programs. Select which ones you wish to apply to for post secondary school
