   • Students are actively involved in the learning experience,
     • Incorporate questions and answers, discussions, group work, hands on activities, etc.
       • Allow them to construct knowledge as opposed to trying to teach them knowledge.
         • Feedback has to be provided.

3. Select methods, media and materials

   • Select available materials, modifying existing materials , designing new materials.

4. utilize media and materials using the 5 P's:

   • Preview the materials, prepare the materials, prepare the environment, prepare the learners, provide the learning experiences

5. State objectives

   • They have to be specific and measurable, they stablish the outcomes and expectations.
     • Objectives contain:Audience, behaviour to be demonstrated, Conditiones under which the behaviour will be observed, degree to which the learned skills are to be mastered.

6. Evaluate and Revise

   • Teachers reflect on the lesson and see what worked and what didn't, students also can.

7. Analyze learners

   • In this step the audiende is identified to select the best tools to get the objectives. It can be done taking in count: general characteristics, specific entry competencies and learning styles .
