       • Data outwith the boundaries of what the program is expecting

5. 5. Documentation

   • Writing the needed documents for the program
     • User Guide
     • Technical guide

6. 6. Evaluation

   • Fitness for purpose
   • Checking that the program can do what it is supposed to

7. 7. Maintenence

   • Updating the program for new software
   • Fixing any bugs or glitches
