This contract is subject to applicable legal principles, and its non-compliance with the right to specific enforcement under Article 830 of the Civil Code .____________

FIFTH

That the notifications to be made under this contract will be effective if they are made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent to the addresses in this contract, which expressly choose, if another, in the meantime, is not communicated to the same in the same way. __

Friday

In case of breach of the stipulated in this contract by the promissory seller, the seller is obligated to pay to the promising buyers the amount equivalent to twice the payment of the price that has been made up to that date, and that in case of breach of this contract by the amount paid as a signal will revert to the promising seller .________________________________________________________________

SEVENTH

The undersigned hereby declare that they do not have the presence of their signatures in person, but they must do so if they are requested by some of the parties.

Eighth

This contract is composed of three sheets, written only on one of its faces, and after the parties have found it according to their will, it is signed by both parties. ________________
