Project Schedule is agreed between the ELU and SME
Testing and Quality Assurence strategy agreed between the ELU and SME
Story Board is produced by the Instructional Designer and presented to the SME for approval. During this stage the look and feel of the course is finalized, including the creation of graphics, icons and imagery.
Review from user experience viewpoint
Test Content and fuctionality
Apply Necessary updates in the build and retest
