They will try to organize the information on their own
Get input from people on what organization schemes make the most sense to them
CRITICAL: Make sure that you organize the material!
Who organizes doesn’t matter as much as how well it’s organized!
If you design for a target user, keep in mind their views, ages, and other attributes that pertain to how the information may be received
