Chapter 7: People see cues that tell them what to do with an object.

In conclusion:

• Always think about what you want your users to do when they see your design. If your button is designed where it looks like the button is pressed and you wanted the user to press it than your design is not successful.
• Cues/affordances are subtle but very important!
