1—Bulkhead (Header board) is PMS, CBB, no holes or missing rivets.
2—Frame rails are PMS, CBB. Cross Members are PMS, CBB, no missing cross members.
3—Landing gear is PMS, CBB, fully raised, crank handle is secured.
4—Tandem frame and tandem release is PMS, CBB, release handle & locking pins are in the fully locked position.
5Spring mountSpring mount is PMS at both ends, CBB (Make sure to check/point front and rear)
6Spring armSpring arm is PMS at both ends, CBB
7Torque armTorque arm is PMS at both ends, CBB
8Brake chamber & hose.Brake chamber & hose are PMS, CBB, not leaking. Hose are PMS, ABC, not leaking.
9—Trailer slack adjuster & push rod are PMS, CBB ."With the brakes release and pulled by hand the push rod should not move more than 1 inch"
10—Trailer air bag is PMS at both ends, CBB, ABC, not leaking air, no missing mounting bolts.
11—Trailer Shock absorber is PMS at both ends, CBB, not leaking.
12—Brake drum is PMS, CBB
13—Brake lining is PMS, CBB, no oil or debris, friction material is not worn dangerously thin.
14Trailer tireTrailer tire is PMS, ABC to tread or sidewalls, no less than 2/32" tread left, air pressure is filled to factory specs and I would use a tire gauge to check that. Dual tires are evenly spaced and free of debris.
15RimRim is PMS, CBB, no illegal welds.
16Lug nutsLug nuts are all PMS, CBB, none missing, no rust trails or powder residue, no cracks around the bolt holes.
17—Trailer axle seal is PMS, CBB, filled to factory specs, not leaking.
18Mud flapsMud flaps are PMS, CBB
19DoorsDoors are PMS, CBB, open and closes and latches properly
20Door hingesDoor hinges are PMS, CBB
21Door sealDoor seal is PMS, not worn, torn or dry rotted.
