Moulds | Are made up of many hyphae but they don't have mushrooms. They feed on descomposing materials. We can make antibiotics from them. |
Yeasts | Are microscopic fungi. They don't have hyphae and don't produce mushrooms. We use yeasts to produce wine, bread and cheese. |
