| Question | Answer |
| Simple Present | We use the simple present for habits, repeated actions and permanent states. |
| Present Progressive | We use the present progressive for actions happening at the moment of speaking, for temporary states and future arguments. Example: what is Kelly doing now? she is listening to music |
| Simple Past | Use actions that started and were complete at a specific time in the past. Example: we bought our house five years ago |
| Can-Could | Could is the past tense of can. We use it to talk about ability in the past. Example: my sister could play the piano when she was seven. |
| Adverbs of manner | Adverbs of manner describe how something happens. °We form most adverbs of manner (quiet- quietly) °Adjetives ending in a consonant +Y drop the Y and take ILY (easy- easily) |
| Past progressive | For an actions that was happening at a specific point of the time in the past. Example: I was watching T.V 7 oclock yesterday evening. |
| Future will | We use for predictions, usually with the verbs think and belive. Example: I think he will be a great actor one day On the sport decisions. Example: Fine, i will meet you in an hour |
| Comparatives | We use the comparatives when we compare two people, animals or things Example: Mike is taller than Liz. Susan is more beautiful than Linda |
