Measurements and their Errors
A proton is made up of 2 'up' quarks and 1 'down' quark. A neutron is made up of 1 'up' quark and 2 'down' quarks An electron is a fundamental particle, thus it can't be broken down any further.
Limitations of physical measurements When values are precise... ...measurements/values are close to each other. When values are accurate... ...measurements are judged to be close to the true value. When measurements are repeatable... ...the results obtained in the original experiment, are the same in another run through using the same method and equipment. When a measurement is reproducible... ...the same results are obtained by the investigation being repeated by another person or by using different equipment/techniques.
