It has grown from a simple idea to putting out the best music to offer. | It has now become one of the most well respected electronic dance music labels in the UK. It finds new talents and releases some of the newest beats for people to enjoy. It releases a mixture of interesting music to be enjoyed around the world. |
| It now releases its music at clubs in London meaning it is heard by a larger audience. There are also tours by the music label where they take their music to different places for it to be heard by different people. |
The label continues to release new interesting music and albums for the industry to listen to.

| Syco Music Syco has offices in London and LA and is home to many artists. It has the rights to sign winners and finalists of programmes. Its original base is in London and has lots of success in the UK market. | From 2004 the label has had 22 UK number one singles and has achieved 13 number one albums. It has achieved 20 number one albums in 2000-2009 which is more than the larger labels such as Columbia records and warner bros records. |
| It has formed close partnerships with Sony Music Entertainment and her entered an agreement with Columbia records. |
The record label deals with pop artists and tries to ensure they receive the publicity they need.

| Syco deals with very advanced singers such as Cher Lloyd. This is effective because Cher is a very young, talented performer who the audience can relate to and the young age group enjoy listening to. |
