SMART Rules Goals should be: S -Specific M - Measurable A - Achievable R - Realistic T - Time-Based This is to ensure all goals are relevant, plausible and useful to the progress of the project.
Project Life Cycle 1 - Initiation - the beginning of the project, where the goal and its restrictions are set out to be completed 2 - Planning - using the restrictions set out, you can plan out the goals you will complete in order to achieve the end product requested 3 - Execution - the completion of the tasks set out and then the testing of the product you have created to ensure it is within the restrictions and follows the requirements 4 - Evaluation - a look back at the product you've made and the project as a whole, incorporating customer feedback to find what areas you excelled in, and where you can improve next time
Hacking Black Hat Hackers - Hacking that is illegal and with malicious intent, usually resulting in massive financial gain to the hacker. Grey Hat Hackers - Hacking that is also illegal but only performed for bragging rights or credit and with no illegal gain or malicious intent. White Hat Hackers - Hacking that is legal and is used by companies and businesses to test out their security systems.
Malware Adware - Programs that are latched onto advertisements that release malicious payloads when clicked on Ransomware - Programs that gain access to and hold a user's data up for ransom in order to gain money, threatening to delete it otherwise Spyware - Programs usually undetectable by a computer system, racking everything that a user does on their system Worms - Programs that can begin to operate and release malicious payloads without the need to be activated.
