What does de judicial branch involve? Its objective is to administer the justice of the nation and to ensure compliance with the laws.
How do you say “prueba o evidencia en un delito” in English? Evidence; something legally submitted to a tribunal to ascertain the truth of a matter.
What does de executive branch involve? It seeks to ensure balance and ensure cooperation between different agencies and functions of the state and avoid the accumulation of power.
Who is the head of the executive branch and what is he in charge of? The president who assumes the functions of Head of State, Head of Government and Supreme Administrative Authority.
