| Question | Answer |
| 1. Conciliation | Mediation between two parts or more in a legal case. Bringing two opposing sides together to reach a compromise in an attempt to avoid taking a case to trial. |
| 2. Custody | The parent who had chief rights over the children. |
| 3. Maintenance | Regular payments by one party of a marriage to another. The payments can be by a judge order or by agreement between the parties. |
