What does it mean by the term Software As A Service (SaaS)?	This is a service which is basically a "Pay as you go" type of method making sure that the customers saves money when they are not using the software itself. An disadvantage of this is the fact that it may not be updated as regularly as you would want it to be.
What is a Smart Phone?	A phone offering advanced features e.g. the ability to send E-mails, surf the internet.
What is Multifunctional?	Having the ability to do many different things using the same device.
What does compatible mean?	The ability of a device to communicate and share information with another device.
What is Bluetooth?	Allows the exchange of data over short distances from a fixed and mobile devices. In order for devices to communicate they must be able to understand the Bluetooth rules (Protocols).
What is WiFi?	Wireless fidelity. It is similar to Bluetooth in that it is used to exchange data, but the signals can travel greater distances.
What is Global positioning system (GPS)?	A navigational system used in many devices which gives location, directions, and distance from the location to destination required using signals from satellites. Assisted GPS has been built into mobile phones (APGS). Signals are used in triangles against satellites and masts in the case of phones to find your location.
What is User interface (UI)?	The way in which a user interacts with a system such as a computer or mobile i.e keyboard, icons etc.
