| Miracle | An amazing event preformed by Jesus that showed the power of God. |
| Kingdom of god | A way of living based on Jesus' message of truth, justice, peace and love. |
| Evangelist | Someone who spreads the good news of God. The 4 gospel writers are evangelists: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and they were all people of faith. |
| Table fellowship | Jesus chose to share his meals with all to show gods kingdom was for everyone. |
| Discipleship | Following the call of Jesus in thought, word and deed. After the Pentecost the disciples became known as apostles. |
| Messianic Expectations | The Jewish people were waiting for a special event, or expecting, a messiah, who would free them from Roman rules and establish a new Jewish kingdom. |
