What is the difference between massed and distributed practice? Massed/constant- practice a whole bunch on one skill with no breaks Distributed and varied- mix it up, practice a bit of this, then rest, then practice a different skill etc.
What is the use and application of each of the above? With controlled you learn faster, but usually distributed/varied is better for game play.

Why is sensory information important during motor control? You need to have Sensory info. in order to respond correctly to your environment.
How does error correction during movement work? Sensory info is used correct small errors in movement as they evolve.
