Question Answer
Midnight Is the time given for 12.00pm in the middle of the night
How do the seasons occur? The earth is tilted on it's axis and as it rotates around the sun each year the top and bottom end of the earth change from being close to the sun (summer) and further away from the sun (Winter)
What causes night and day? The earth spins a full revolution on it's axis in an anti-clockwise direction every 24 hours causing one side of the earth to be facing the sun and being in daytime whilst the other is facing away from the sun and in darkness (nighttime)
