| What happened on the 8th March 1923 | Munich Putsch - The SA surrounded a large beer cellar where Gustav von Kahr and others were in a meeting. Hitler announced that he and Ludendorff were going to form a new government. Prisoners escaped and organised resistance to the Putsch, Nazi's were taken as prisoner |

An agreement with the leader of the labor unions Carl Legien and the industrialist and the industrialist Hugo Stinnes. For their support, Ebert offered legislation on hours of work and adequate union representation. Them and the army did not know about the other agreement. They both refused. |
