Why is learning a second language important? scientists believe learning a second language can boost brainpower.
What kind of effect can sleep deprivation have on learning? Sleep deprivation can have a negative effect on our ability to learn.
How do researchers see the lack of sleep? Researchers have found the lack of sleep is a significant factor in lowering the achievement of school pupils.
What can the lack of sleep cause to our brain? Scientists believe the lack of sleep causes our brain to run on empty, struggling to absorb and retain ideas.
