    1. It is a method of approaching problems and as the later change and differ from time to time and situation to situation.
      1. Basic principles of good planning :
        1. 1. It should be related to an intergrated with, the broad social planning for progress.
          1. 2. It should be based on extensive research to save it from subjectivity and conjectures
            1. 3. It should look both to the present and the future.
              1. 4. It should solve the problems as they arise, so it should be realistic and practical and must be periodically reviewed.

              2. Organizing
                1. It is a pattern of relationships. It is the positioning of the workers through whom effort will flow, i.e., the assignment of duties and responsibilities, the coordination and integration of activities of all the persons engaged
                  1. Organisation can be of two types:
                    1. (1) The Formal Organisation: It is established by law and custom and the informal is the man-to-man relationship.
                      1. (2) The Informal Organization : It is the human factor and related to the reaction of persons to each other and to the activity.
                  2. Coordinating
                    1. When all activities are harmonized, the organization will function better. Coordination therefore aims at stimulating motivation and discipline within the group dynamics.

                        1. When given orders and clear working instructions, employees will know exactly what is required of them. Return from all employees will be optimized if they are given concrete instructions with respect to the activities that must be carried out by them.

                            1. Supervision: The method requires watching and monitoring the performance, but also supporting and guiding the employees when things are not going as planned
                              1. Communication: It is necessary to create and support different communication methods
                                1. Motivation: It is about inspiring and giving ideas to improve
                                  1. Leadership: people must act as leaders guiding with the example.
                              2. Controlling
                                1. It is the process of directing or guiding an activity and also judging it. It is closely related to the elements of the administrative process, such as planning, organisation, etc
