  1. It contains 3 complex, the first one is PSII, next to of this Citbccomplex and ATP synthase
    1. PSII
      1. 1)Photon reacts with P870 (reactive center)
        2) The excitaction of P870 drives to a two electrons flow
        3) Electrons passes through Fe3+ -> Fe2+
        4) Finally the passes to Q -> QH2
    2. Citbc complex
      1. 1) electrons pass to this complex due to QH2 -> Q
        2) 4H+(int) -> 4H+(ext)
        3) Electrons get into Cit C due bL and bH electrons flow
        There is a Q cycle
    3. ATP synthase Complex
      1. 1) 4H+ (ext) -> 4H+ (int)
        2) FOX, and ADP + Pi -> ATP
In heliobacteriums and sulfabacteriums
1. PSI (P700)
  1. 1) Cit bc, 2) PSI and 3) ATP Synthase
    1. 1)Oxidates QH2 -> Q and transfers electrons to Cit C. Remember, it pumps out 4H+
    2. 2) P700 photoactivaction causes federroxin reduction
      1. 2.1) Federroxin act as electron donor for NADP due to FNR (enz)
      2. 2.2) Federroxin acts as electron donor for Q -> QH2 by FQR (enz)
