   • with these applications i capture my ideas and also miy projects to organize my work of the day

   • these tools are there every day since i use them to work, create and study

3. comunicate

   • these applications help me communicate and send work and student projects, and i also receive employment information

4. use of technological devices

   • i use these devices to improve  and adapt more to the information we receive every day 

5. a way of learning

   • this form is the traditional and the most important since reading instructs us to improve our reading, spelling, and memory

6. learning approach

   • i focus on things that benefit me, souch as eating well, exercising, studyng and resting well to have a healthy mind and a healthy mind and a healthy body
