1. They have to be specific and measurable, they stablish the outcomes and expectations.
  1. Objectives contain:Audience, behaviour to be demonstrated, Conditiones under which the behaviour will be observed, degree to which the learned skills are to be mastered.
Evaluate and Revise
1. Teachers reflect on the lesson and see what worked and what didn't, students also can.
Analyze learners
1. In this step the audiende is identified to select the best tools to get the objectives. It can be done taking in count: general characteristics, specific entry competencies and learning styles .
