What is?
1. It´s also called FIDEICOMISO
2. "Is an agreement to transfer property to a third party that will hold title to the property and that will administer the same in favor of designated beneficiaries"
How it works?
1. The commercial contract involves 3 agents:
  1. Trustor
    1. Who sets up a trust tranfering property to another
  2. Beneficiary
    1. Who receive the rights and benefits
      1. Is not required in some trusts
  3. Trustee
    1. Who holds and manage the property

1. Creation and Formation
  1. 1.- Formal Document 2.- Public Deed (Mexican Notary Public) & Non Public Deed
2. Duration
  1. 1.- Can not exceed 50 years 2.- Irrevocable but there are Exceptions
3. Technical Commite
  1. Supervision + Direction + Assistance
Types of Trusts:
1. Guaranty Trust

4. Investment Trust
Conclusions
1. The fideicomiso is an important tool with the main purpose to protect and administrate different kind of assets in order to achieve specific objectives on a specific time.
2. The individuals and companies can be just focus on their core activities meanwhile their assets are good administrate and without tax debt.
