                        1. Studying & Learning in-depth
                        2. How to deal with stress
                          1. Eat the right food (i.e. fruits , veggies &Omega-3s)
                            1. Exercise: 20-30 mins, 3x per week
                              1. Rest & relax. Power Nap : 30 mins. or less
                                1. Be proactive
                                  1. Express your feelings verbally
                                  2. Ask why, what, when, where, who and how for effective revision. ASK QUESTIONS
                                    1. Study in 25 minute periods and take short 5 minute breaks between subjects/topics.
                                      1. Techniques to use for effective studying
                                        1. To-do lists & prioritizing
                                          1. Finding efficient ways of completing tasks and gradually ramp up revision
                                            1. Divide large tasks into smaller tasks and create false deadlines for yourself
                                              1. Care for your brain (e.g. eat & rest) and if something doesn’t fit into the schedule, take it/another task out
                                                1. Study "challenging" subjects first
                                                2. Revise what you don't know first and don't just re-read
                                                  1. Study in a comfortable area that has good lighting and little to no distractions; use a revision timetable and have your organized notes on hand
