1. Sacramental covenant, holy agreement witnessed by God

What did Jesus teach about marriage?
1. It should be life long, faithful, with one person and hetrosexual
What did Paul teach about marriage?
1. Wives should submit to husbands - the head of the house. The love should be self scrificial and selfless

    1. Cohabitation is more acceptable in some classes and cultures
