              1. Sterilization is considered a permanent method of not getting pregnant. In certain cases, sterilization can be reversed, but the success of this procedure is not guaranteed. For this reason, sterilization is done for men and women who do not intend to have children in the future.
              2. Surgical Sterilization for Women
                1. Tubal ligation: This is a surgical procedure performed in a hospital, usually with no over night stay. Itinvolves cutting the fallopian tubes and then tying and cauterizing the cut ends, so the egg does notget out of the tube into the uterus to be fertilized.
                2. Hysteroscopic sterilization
                  1. A hysteroscope, a light weighted telescopic instrument, is inserted into the uterus through the cervix. The hysteroscope is used to insert micro-inserts in the opening of the fallopian tubes. to stop womens from getting pregnant.
                  2. Surgical is very effective. But the bad part it it is expensive and if is done sometimes can not be reversed.
