ARTERIAS: arterilas de mayor a menor calibre, sangre oxigenada ( menos la arteria pulmonar), paredes fuertes y elásticas.
ARTERIAS (paredes fuertes y elásticas, 3 capas bien definidas), ¬ arteriolas ( varias generaciones, poca capa muscular),¬ capilar arterial cap. venoso ¬ vénulas (poco elástica) ¬ venas (3 capas + delgadas, vávulas semilunares, evita el retorno sanguineo)
CICLO CARDIACO
Latido del corazón ¬ movi. Sistole(contracción) y Diastole (relajación).
ETAPAS
1) SÍSTOLE AURICULAR: sangre va al ventrículo, válvula Mitral y Tricúspide abiertas.
2) Se contraen los ventrículos (válvulas cerradas) y la sangre sale del corazón (a los pulmones o al resto del cuerpo).
3) DIÁSTOLE VENTRICULAR PASIVA , se dilatan los ventriculos sin sangre.
4) Llenado auricular de sangre.
* Control nervioso interno (propio), se inicia con una señal eléc. en el nodo seno auricular o marcapasos.
CIRCUITOS CARDÍACOS
MENOR: sangre con O2 , VD¬ Arteria pulmonar¬ arteriolas¬ capilares¬ alveolos¬ cap. venosa¬ venulas¬ venas pulmonares ¬ Ai.
MAYOR: sangre con O2, Vi¬ Arteria carotida¬ Coronaria¬ arterias ¬ capilares ¬ venulas ¬ cap venosa ¬ venulas ¬ venas ¬ Vena cava inferior ( sangre co2)¬ Vena cava superior.
Presión arterial : fuerza de la sangre sobre la pared de las arterias
controlado x hormonas y SNA.
HEMOSTASIA: control de las hemorragias, plaquetas, tapón; sistemas en cadena
FIBROLISIS: rompen coagulos, restablecen cirgulación sanguínea.
