1. 30,000 hectares of land in Sudan for agriculture seeing as Abu Dhabi is a desert with limited water

  1. Yes because it give the country a food supply
  2. They have good connections with Sudan
  3. With food prices increasing and might have shortages they have enough food when it becomes hard to come by

Hydrogen Economy
1. Advantages
  1. Easy to split the water to hydrogen and oxygen
  2. Can be done anywhere
  3. Harmless to the environment
2. Disadvantages
  1. Splitting takes a lot of electricity
3. End of crisis
  1. Renewable so won't rely on fossil fuels and countries can be indipendant
4. Involves
  1. Taking hydrogen and using it to make electrisity
5. What is it
  1. Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe
  2. Using hydrogen to power cells and create electrisity
    1. Creates completely clean energy
Conservation
1. Reducing domestic energy consumption
2. UK government affered large subsides for installing private and commercial wind turbines and solar panels
3. House holds with PV panels get paid for every kwh of energy put on the national grid
4. Energy companies could get grants for building turbines
5. 100% of grants

Solar power
1. Used to create electrical power
2. Be used to heat and cool living and work areas
3. Solar power generators increased by 85% in 2011
4. Solar power is growing quicker than any other renewable energy
5. By 2035 renewable energy will be accounting for a third of the worlds energy
6. Germany and Italy have the greatest increase
7. Reasons for increase of renewable energy resources
  1. Low costs
  2. Rising prices of fossil fuels
  3. Government subsiding to renewable resources
8. Collected by using (PV) plants grouped in panels
