Strengths
1. What they do well?
  1. Deliver the appropriate services to a high standard.
  2. Making the customers feel welcome e.g providing refreshments.
2. Advantages?
  1. Provide for both male and female sex.
  2. Provide services for both Hair and Beauty.
  3. The building is situated next to a taxi company making it easier for customers to visit.
  4. Have high skilled workers for each station
  5. Very creative e.g with new hair styles.
  6. Provide for Wedding and Prom parties in the comfort of the customers home or location needed.
  7. Cater for parties- makeup, brows, hairdressing, hair up's.
Weaknesses
1. What they could do better?
  1. Could try with add on sales, ie a wide viarty of hair products could be sold.
  2. Relocate- as there is more footfall in a town centre location.
  3. Expand- bigger premises could mean employing more staff
2. External Criticism
  1. Location
  2. Lack of parking facilities
  3. Only 1 hair dressers, 1 therapist/ nail technician.
3. Vulnerabilities
  1. other local businesses could offer services they don't or could offer them at cheaper prices.
  2. Other businesses may provide a walk in service.
Opportunities
1. Known
  1. Keep updated on new styles/ colours etc.
  2. kept updated on technology
2. Trend
  1. Keep training for new services ie. semi permanant makeup
  2. Test new products which can in turn add on sales
  3. Encourage up selling by other staff
Threats
1. External
  1. Location e.g businesses premises are free across the road which may lead to potential hair dressers opening up across the road.
  2. Parking for customers- as there is a only 1/2 parking spaces available these parking spaces may be full and lead to the loss of customers in the long run.
  3. Economy downturn
2. Internal
  1. Staff have prviously left the buisness and started up their own in a seprate location taking customers with them.
  2. Staff are only trained in 1 or 2 services at the most and if staff of one service leave it could lead to loosing customers as the service is no longer being offered until a new employee is accepted.
