              1. The HOTTER an object is, the MORE radiation it radiates in a GIVEN TIME.
                1. You can FEEL the INFRARED RADIATION if you stand near something HOT e.g a fire
                  1. An object that's HOTTER than it's surrounding EMITS MORE RADIATION than it ABSORBS (as it COOLS down)
                    1. An object that's COOLER than it's surroundings ABSORBS MORE RADIATION than it EMITS (as it WARMS up)
                    2. RADIATION DEPENDS ON SURFACE COLOUR AND TEXTURE
