Characters: The main people in the Story. in the Snake Dance: Jerry
Fable: It is a short story with moral or lesson. “The bracelet” give as a great reflection.
Symbolism: It is a thing what represents an idea or a group of ideas. in the blanket when the boy cut into twoo pieces the blanket and explained why.
Dialogue: It is the conversations between characters. The dialogue between Magi and Tommy in "the fun they had"
Irony: When the things that the reader wait that happens and occur the contrary. I really expect that Elena be with her husband for ever and ever.
Realism: It gives us a picture of real life.. in "Eleven" the children voice is not heard.
Foreshadowing: These are the clues the author put for what is going to happened. in the "the mirror" when the author told us what happen when Elena looked into the mirror.
Cause and effect: It is the direct result of another: After Hellen looks in the mirrors she becomes happier and younger.
