            1. Systolic pressure - First reading - The maximum pressure the heart produces, when the heart contracts.
              1. Diastolic pressure - Second reading - The blood pressure in between heart beats, whn the heart rests.
              2. How blood pressure can be increased or decreased
                1. Blood pressure can be increased by: Smoking, High Alcohol intake, overweight and stress.
