PROCESS OF PRODUCTIVE PROCESS
  1. FORMING PROCESS
    1. Forming is a mechanical process used in manufacturing industries wherein materials (mostly metals) undergo plastic deformations and acquire required shapes and sizes by application of suitable stresses such as compression, shear and tension.
    2. Material romoval process
      1. Material Removal Processes A family of shaping operations through which undesired excess material is removed from a starting workpart so the remaining part become closer to the desired shape
      2. Deformation process
        1. Deformation is a thermodynamic process in which the body's internal energy accumulates elastic potential energy.
        2. Material bonding process
          1. It is a type of welding that can be made with filler material, of the same nature as the base material (homogeneous welding), different (heterogeneous welding) or without filler material (autogenous welding).
          2. Material removal process
            1. Material removal (machining) processes These processes are used to form parts of materials such as metals, plastics, ceramics and wood. Machining is a time-consuming process that wastes material. However, it is very precise and can produce a surface smoothness difficult to achieve with other formation processes.
            2. Finishing process
              1. Finishing is a manufacturing process used in manufacturing whose purpose is to obtain a surface with characteristics suitable for the particular application of the product being manufactured; It is not limited to the aesthetics of the product.
              2. Synchronization process
                1. Process synchronization refers to the idea that several processes come together or shake hands at a certain point to reach agreement or commit to a certain sequence of action.
                2. Thermal treatment process
                  1. Heat treatment involves several heating and cooling processes to effect structural changes in a material, which modify its mechanical properties. The objective of heat treatments is to provide materials with specific properties suitable for their conformation or final use.
                  2. Solidification process
                    1. Solidification is a physical process that leads matter from a liquid state to a solid state, by altering its temperature (freezing) or pressure conditions. For example: candle making, gelatin preparation, mercury freezing. It is the reverse process of fusion.
                    2. Coating process
                      1. Coating is a finishing process that deposits metal on a conductive surface to achieve decorative properties, strengthening, weldability, wear resistance, strengthening, friction reduction, adhesion and other diverse properties.
